This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the f18 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the f18 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The f18 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use online betting services. f18 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the f18 platform. Continued use following any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the f18 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any funds held within them.
Registration Details
All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. f18 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through appropriate verification processes. Failure to provide accurate information or submit requested verification documents may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. f18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the f18 support team immediately through the provided channels.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
F18 platform users are required to comply with all applicable rules and use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that undermines the integrity of gameplay is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software or tools (bots) to play or place bets
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits (money laundering)
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
- Spreading false information or harassing other users on the platform
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings associated with the violation.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the f18 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). f18 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and will not bear any currency conversion costs that may be charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
Deposits & Verification
Deposits made via approved payment methods such as DuitNow or bank transfer will be credited to your account once verified by the system. Processing times depend on the payment method selected. f18 is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment gateways.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. f18 reserves the right to request additional proof of identity before approving withdrawals for financial compliance purposes. Any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or conflicts with applicable bonus terms may be placed on hold pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms of use for each campaign. Bonuses obtained through unauthorised means or in violation of promotion terms will be forfeited. f18 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
F18 Liability Limits
The f18 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. f18 is not liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or factors beyond our control. f18's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made in the thirty days preceding the relevant incident.
Account Suspension and Closure
F18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or any activity that compromises platform security. Users whose accounts are suspended on valid grounds are not entitled to claim compensation for any resulting losses. Accounts inactive for more than twelve consecutive months may be closed by f18, and any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of proper identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f18 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of f18 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f18.
Third-Party Links
The f18 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. f18 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
F18 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notifications or their registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the prescribed procedures, and users agree to submit to the appropriate jurisdiction for the resolution of any claims relating to the use of the f18 platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
